The
year 2012 bought the winds of change to the Smartphone mobile market and led to
the passing of the No.1 crown. The famous mobile company Apple Inc. which had
introduced the amazing iPhone, that by now has attained a cult status had been
a market leader and uncontested winner of the last half decades or so. The
iPhone is still a force to reckon with yet its market value has somewhat
diminished due to the lesser or no updates even after introducing newer models
including the recent iPhone 5. It has been replaced at No.1 by the South Korean
mobile company Samsung. The company has reached this position due to its amazing
number of interesting features that puts the iPhone behind it by miles and also
for its reasonable rates to which customers can adjust to. It is common
knowledge that an iPhone is no cheap product and comes with a hefty price tag
which is often deemed unreasonable by general customers. The rate of an iPhone
is at the same time both an advantage and disadvantage making it out of reach
for the majority and a must have accessory for the ultra rich. But Samsung has bypassed
its disadvantages and the only problem that plagues it is its not so good
battery life. I, personally use a Samsung S3 which is the newest version of the
S series and runs on Android 4.0. Rarely there comes a Smartphone that is easy
on the battery life and charges for somewhat consistent period.
The
basic steps to reduce battery drainage on your Smartphone are listed below.
- Remember to completely close all the apps running in the background as these are some of the primary sources for battery power draining.
- If possible, always use Wi-Fi instead of the internet service of the phone. Running internet is the first and most important cause behind battery drainage on my Smartphone. It is also a huge disadvantage as I need to access the internet almost regularly.
- The screen brightness though is not that important yet it also contributes to power usage and at best keep it low.
Even with these methods it is possible to save
charge but it is no guarantee that your battery will show an above average life.
Though it is near nigh impossible to rectify that problem yet the only solution
seems to be a cell phone power bank manufactured
by certified power bank manufacturers. It will provide your phone with the
necessary charge for a long duration of usage. The popular Smartphone accessory supplier WIMAR
offers a wide range of Chinese power
bank that are instrumental in providing extra charge when required such as
during a long journey where it is difficult to search for charging points. The
R&D department at WIMAR is dedicated to the manufacture of a big power bank supplier that might be
the answer to all your battery woes. I, being a personal user of the power bank
series of emergency batteries and chargers would recommend these guys for their
top quality of products and their professionalism.
